TUITION POLICIES
All tuition payments and costume fees are non-refundable. In order to withdraw from a class, you must notify the director by email (dinah.gray@whitemountain.org ). The withdrawal from class will go into effect 7 days from the date of your email. Students who stop attending a class will still be billed for that class until we receive notice of withdrawal. Please notify the director immediately if the student has an injury or health condition that will affect her or his participation in dance classes.
Please visit www.enrollwithsmart.com to set up your Smart Tuition account. Once you have set up your Smart Tuition account, you will be able to view your account balance, select your payment plan, and enroll in online billing. You will receive an invoice from Smart Tuition on the 10th of the month for the payment due on the 1st of the following month. There will be a late fee of $50 assessed if payment is not received by the 10th of the month.
